tcm 25th anniversary open
For Turner Classic Movies 25th anniversary, the goal was to create an opening that celebrated the depth and history of the network’s iconic film library. Turner’s initial concept centered on bringing recognizable characters from across its catalog together within a single shared environment, creating the sense that these films and personalities all existed within the same cinematic world.
I developed three distinct visual concepts for the project. Two explored different ways of bringing that core idea to life, while the third was designed as an alternate direction in case the technical and production challenges of combining so many characters into one space proved too difficult to execute.
Ultimately, the original vision was achievable, and the final piece stayed true to that more ambitious concept.
